Has obtained Baccalaureus Artium Degree (B.A) in Social Science with University of Durban- Westville (UDW) in the year, 2000, Master’s Degree (Master of Business Administration) with University of Kwa-Zulu Natal in 2018, and currently studying towards LLB Degree with University of South Africa. He has been a shop steward and a local chairperson, and a regional secretary for South African Municipal Workers Union for over 6 years and 8 months, respectively. His area of focus is in research (including analysis of collective agreements), finance management, administration, negotiations, representing in internal grievances, disciplinary actions on negligence cases, dishonest acts, fraud and corruption, abscondment, dereliction of duty, poor performance, equity disputes, dismissal and unfair labour practice disputes in SALGBC or CCMA.
