Has obtained a Legum Baccalaureus Degree (LLB Degree) with the University of South Africa in 2015, and Advanced Certificate in Municipal Governance with University of Johannesburg in 2015. He has been a Shop Steward and a Local Secretary for South African Municipal Workers Union for over 7 years. His area of focus is in case management, representing in grievances, disciplinary actions on dishonesty, dereliction of duty, sexual harassment, drunk and driving; labour disputes including dismissal, incapacity, equity and unfair labour practice disputes at South African Local Government Bargaining Council (SALGBC) and/ or CCMA
